Studio Terms
Last updated: July 15, 2026. These studio policies apply when you book, deposit, or get tattooed at Electric Shark Tattoo Studio in Port Orange, Florida.
Age requirement
Clients must be 18 years of age or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID. We do not tattoo minors, even with parental consent.
Deposits & shop minimum
- Shop minimum is $100.
- Most bookings begin with a $100 non-refundable deposit to hold your appointment.
- On small work, the deposit may cover the full tattoo (your artist will confirm). On larger work, it applies toward your total; the balance is due at your session.
- You may reschedule until the day of your appointment by messaging us. No-shows and same-day cancellations generally forfeit the deposit.
Design & consent
Final design, placement, and session time are agreed with your artist. You will review the stencil and sign a standard release / aftercare acknowledgment before we start.
Online payments
Online payments run through Stripe. Pay-over-time options (such as Klarna or Affirm) may appear at checkout when offered by Stripe and those providers. Availability depends on your eligibility and their terms — Electric Shark is not the lender and does not control approval.
Gifts & prepaid studio time
Gift and prepaid amounts apply toward studio time as described on the Book & Pay page. Message us after checkout to schedule.
Aftercare
Follow the care instructions your artist gives you and review our aftercare page. Healing varies; contact us promptly if you have concerns.
Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service for intoxication, disrespect toward staff or other clients, or any situation that is unsafe.
